Sarah Wachholz trained at The Second City and has credits from "Saturday Night Live", Comedy Central and MTV. She started filmmonsters as an after school program in the Bronx 3 years ago. She teaches art and drama at SCAN, Mullaly (3 years), the Hudson Guild, Citizens Advice Bureau and the Catholic Schools.

This program has caught the attention of Sony Pictures, Columbia University's Graduate Film Program, ABC Eyewitness News, Fox's Good Day New York, Time Out New York and many children's foundations. Her efforts have earned organizations several grants. Due to the demand, she started a weekend filmmonsters program in Manhattan and can be booked for private parties.

While Sarah focuses on story and characterization, Charlie Adams specializes in the technical aspects. He trains the children in crew positions. He teaches them to operate sound, lighting and the cameras.
